L49 had been involved in the project since master planning and site planning of the project. With the architect, we had come to the site plan solution that All vehicular and outdoor parking are placed at the outer rim along the site perimeter and having the buildings surrounded the main openspace of 9,600 sq.m. With over a thousand of apartment units in the project, the main goal for landscape architectural design is 1. To achieve landscape space that can accommodate mass of people without feeling crowded while using. Therefore varieties of space has been created for different uses both passive and semi-active activities. 2. To create a visually unique landscape for people that have view point to the space from above as well as from the ground level itself that create different perception and visual differently from each view point and when one move through while using the space. 3. To Create a park and resort like amenities, yet having the atmosphere of a private residential garden. Landform is the main device to subdivide space to each uses and to direct surface runoff to collect at the main retention pond.
