The fixed-Site Plan had given constraint to the open space is an unpleasant island between inner driveway and noisy/dusty Rama 9 road-ugly flyover. To create a more privacy/pleasurable space, the featured-zig-zag wall was created to block busy traffic and as backdrop for viewing from the opposite-retails.

Layers of terraces was created up towards the front-perimeter to lift up the usable-spaces that help blocking/reducing the differential between the space and the flyover beyond. Swimming pool was laid at the Valley’s bottom and pool deck as 1st flood plain. 2nd /3rd tier give benefit to view towards pool as theatre liked.

Part of the terrain had been carved out to create the covered lounging-area/pool bar/toilet.
Green-connectivity has been created for residences to enjoy longer route by scrolling between each terraces, over the green-roof of lounging/toilet, down and round back as loop.
As the material design-intent, the Rusted-steel-colored ceramic zig-zag wall shall standout from its neighboring building/hardscape’ dark-grey.

Pool’s mauve-purplish mosaic appears more mauve at shallow and bluer in deeper water.

Among light green ambiance of lawn-shrub-tree’s foliage, Purple-violet furniture shall standout from white-granite floor and cohesively with Mauve-Bluish pool’s.

Our Planting design concept has both functional and aesthetic criteria of buffering, creating space-volume and noise-reduction.
The light foliage/Whitere-trunk, Slendered-tall and 2nd lager small trees, (thick mass planter-wall)  were planted to help reducing low-frequency, disperse higher-frequency, compromise with building height, screening the unwanted surround views and create more privacy for pool user.
Shrubs palette were planted with a hard and soft texture to create a difference mood in several space such as agave, yucca, fountain grass and colorful flower.
